Design and Construction Documents definition

Design and Construction Documents means, collectively, (a) all contracts for services to be rendered, work to be performed or materials to be supplied in the development of the Land or the construction or repair of Improvements, including all agreements with architects, engineers or contractors for such services, work or materials; (b) all plans, drawings and specifications for the development of the Land or the construction or repair of Improvements; (c) all permits, licenses, variances and other rights or approvals issued by or obtained from any Governmental Authority or other Person in connection with the development of the Land or the construction or repair of Improvements; and (d) all amendments of or supplements to any of the foregoing.
Design and Construction Documents means the Basic Concept Drawings, the Schematic Design Drawings, the Design Development Drawings, and the Final Construction Documents.
Design and Construction Documents means any and all design and construction documents, reports, drawings, and specifications included in the “schematic design phase,” the “design definitive phase” the “release for construction phase” and the as-built/record drawings respectively, for all design and construction work relating to the Project. The “Design and Construction Documents” shall also include any changes/modifications (including change orders, shop drawings, and/or requests for information) to these documents and shall also include any and all such documents that may also be required to be completed in connection with the issuance of any government approvals.

Related to Design and Construction Documents

  • Construction Documents means the plans, specifications, approved change orders, revisions, addenda and other information approved by the City, which set forth in detail the Work to be performed for a construction Project.

The foregoing definitions shall be equally applicable to both the singular and plural forms of the defined terms. Unless otherwise inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement, all accounting terms used herein shall be interpreted, and all accounting determinations hereunder shall be made, in accordance with GAAP. Amounts to be calculated hereunder shall be continuously recalculated at the time any information relevant to such calculation changes.

  • Begin actual construction means, in general, initiation of physical on-site construction activities on an emissions unit which are of a permanent nature. (NOTE: accessory structures are NOT exempt from any ordinance requirements) For a substantial improvement, the actual start of construction means the first alteration of any wall, ceiling, floor, or other structural part of a building, whether or not that alteration affects the external dimensions of the building.

  • Commenced Construction means (a) all of the following site preparation work is completed: ingress and egress routes exist; the site on which the project will be located is cleared and graded; there is power service to the site; footings are prepared; and foundations have been poured consistent with purchased equipment specifications and project design; or (b) the following financial commitments have been made: (i) (A) an engineering, procurement, and construction contract (“EPC”) has been executed by all parties and is effective; or (B) contracts (collectively, “EPC Equivalents”) for all of the following have been executed by all parties and is effective: (1) project engineering, (2) procurement of all major equipment, and (3) construction of the project, and (ii) the cumulative payments made by the developer under the EPC or EPC Equivalents to the counterparties to those respective agreements is equal to at least thirty (30) percent of the total costs of the EPC or EPC Equivalents.
