Delivered Ship A Shipbuilding Contract definition

Delivered Ship A Shipbuilding Contract means, in relation to Delivered Ship A, the shipbuilding contract dated 31 July 2013 as amended and supplemented by an amendment no. 1 dated 26 March 2014, final specifications amended by a memorandum of meeting for technical issues dated 7 October 2014 and as novated in accordance with a master agreement dated 14 May 2015 made between Original Buyer A and the Borrower (or its nominee) pursuant to a novation agreement dated 15 May 2015 between the relevant Builder, the Original Buyer A and Guarantor A (and as the same may have been further amended and supplemented from time to time) in respect of the construction by the relevant Builder of Delivered Ship A;

Related to Delivered Ship A Shipbuilding Contract

  • Shipbuilding Contract means the shipbuilding contract dated 30 March 2011 and made between the Builder and the Borrower for the construction by the Builder of the Ship and its purchase by the Borrower as supplemented and amended from time to time;

  • Building Contract means a contract entered under Transportation Code, Chapter 223, Subchapter A for the construction or maintenance of a Department building or appurtenant facilities and considered to be a Highway Improvement Contract as defined in Texas Administrative Code, § 9.11.

  • O&M Contract means the operation and maintenance contract that may be entered into between the Concessionaire and the O&M Contractor for performance of all or any of the O&M obligations;

  • cargo ship means any ship which is not a passenger ship;

  • Bareboat Charter means the bareboat charter agreement to be executed by the Effective Date by the Borrower as owner and the Charterer as bareboat charterer.

  • Existing ship means a ship which is not a new ship.

  • Delivery vessel means tank trucks or trailers equipped with a storage tank and used for the transport of gasoline from sources of supply to stationary tanks of gasoline dispensing facilities.

  • MOA means the Borrower’s Ministry of Agriculture;

  • Charter contract means a fixed term, renewable contract between a charter school and an authorizer that outlines the roles, powers, responsibilities, and performance expectations for each party to the contract.

  • Tank vessel means a ship that is constructed or adapted to carry, or that carries, oil in bulk as cargo or cargo residue, and that:

  • EPC Contract means the Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contract with the EPC Contractor.

  • Vessel means the vessel/craft belonging to the Contractor for carrying out the work.

  • Construction Contract means the agreement(s) entered into between the Company and the Construction Contractor(s) for the design, engineering, procurement, construction, completion, start-up, testing, and Commissioning of the Facility, and also includes any amendment to such agreement(s) made from time to time;

  • Ship means a vessel of any type whatsoever operating in the marine environment and includes hydrofoil boats, air-cushion vehicles, submersibles, floating craft and fixed or floating platforms.

  • Construction Service Agreement means either an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement or an Upgrade Construction Service Agreement.

  • Training Contract means a contract or an agreement for a Traineeship made between the Employer and an Employee to whom this Agreement applies, and that is registered with the relevant State or Territory Training Authority.

  • New Shipper means a Shipper that is not a Regular Shipper.

  • New ship means a ship:

  • Relevant Ship means the Ships and any other vessel from time to time (whether before or after the date of this Agreement) owned, managed or crewed by, or chartered to, any Relevant Party;

  • Building Contractor means the building contractor or developer appointed or to be appointed by the Grant Recipient in respect of a Firm Scheme; Business Day means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or a statutory Bank Holiday in England;

  • existing vessel means a vessel which is not a new vessel;

  • Pressure vessel means containers for the containment of pressure, either internal or external. This pressure may be obtained from an external source or by the application of heat from a direct or indirect source, or any combination thereof.

  • Fleet Vessels means all of the vessels (including, but not limited to, the Ships) from time to time wholly owned by members of the Group (each a “Fleet Vessel”);

  • Time Charter means the hire of a Vessel by which the charterer obtains possession and control of the Vessel for an agreed period of time or an agreed voyage.

  • Original contract price means the award price of the contract; or, for requirements contracts, the price payable for the estimated total quantity; or, for indefinite-quantity contracts, the price payable for the specified minimum quantity. Original contract price does not include the price of any options, except those options exercised at the time of contract award.

  • Covered vessel means a tank vessel, cargo vessel, or passenger vessel.
