Relevant Ship definition

Relevant Ship means the Ships and any other vessel from time to time (whether before or after the date of this Agreement) owned, managed or crewed by, or chartered to, any Relevant Party;
Relevant Ship means each of the Vessels and any other ship from time to time (whether before or after the date of this Agreement) owned, managed or crewed by, or chartered to, any Group Member;
Relevant Ship has the meaning set out in Clause III(B).

  • Legal opinions of the legal advisers to the Lender in the jurisdiction of the Approved Flag of the Relevant Ship and such other relevant jurisdictions as the Lender may require.


More Definitions of Relevant Ship

Relevant Ship means, in relation to an Acquisition Advance, the Ship which is to be part-financed by that Advance.
Relevant Ship means the New Ship to which the Existing Ship Tranche that is the subject of the Utilisation Request relates;
Relevant Ship means the motor vessel listed in Schedule 3 (being one (1) of the Ships referred to in the Principal Agreement); and
