Fleet Vessels definition

Fleet Vessels means all of the vessels (including, but not limited to, the Ships) from time to time wholly owned by members of the Group (each a “Fleet Vessel”);
Fleet Vessels means any ship (including the Ships) from time to time wholly owned, leased or chartered in by the Parent Guarantor (directly or indirectly) (excluding vessels under construction and vessels chartered in for period shorter than 24 months) (each a "Fleet Vessel").
Fleet Vessels means any vessel (including the Vessel) from time to time wholly owned by the Guarantor (directly or indirectly) (each a “Fleet Vessel”).

  • The Borrowers shall ensure that throughout the Security Period the average unexpired period of all time charterparties or other similar contracts of employment in respect of all the Fleet Vessels is not less than 1 year.

More Definitions of Fleet Vessels

Fleet Vessels means, together, all of the vessels (including, but not limited to, the Ships) from time to time owned or leased by members of the Borrower’s Group which, at the relevant time, are included within the Total Assets of the Borrower’s Group in the balance sheet of the Applicable Accounts or which would be included within the balance sheet if the Applicable Accounts were required to be prepared at that time and in the singular means any of them;
Fleet Vessels means each Vessel and each other vessel owned by any member of the Group.
Fleet Vessels means any vessel (including the Collateral Vessels) from time to time owned by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries.
Fleet Vessels means any vessels owned, or chartered on long-term demise charter to any member of the Group;
