Deliverable Portion of Work definition

Deliverable Portion of Work means each portion of the Work, or all Work, as the case may be, that Owner agrees in writing to accept when such Work is Substantially Complete, all as set forth in the Contract Documents, including the Project Schedule and the Design and Construction Schedule for that Work.

Examples of Deliverable Portion of Work in a sentence

  • Warranties arising from this Article 11 and all other warranties and guarantees required by the Contract Documents (collectively, the “Warranties”) that are applicable to a Deliverable Portion of Work shall commence upon Substantial Completion of such Deliverable Portion of Work, and shall run directly to Owner or be fully assignable to Owner and its designee.

  • Applicable warranties required by the Contract Documents shall commence on the date of Substantial Completion of each Deliverable Portion of Work unless otherwise set forth in a Certificate of Substantial Completion.

  • Owner Parties will edit and supplement this list, as appropriate, and when approved the list shall be the Punch List for such Deliverable Portion of Work.

  • At Owner’s request, from time to time, Contractor and Owner Parties shall each provide a written statement setting forth the date on which each reasonably believes each Deliverable Portion of Work will be Substantially Complete.

  • Contractor will collect all written guaranties, warranties, and equipment manuals, and deliver them to Owner upon Substantial Completion of each Deliverable Portion of Work.

  • When Contractor considers a Deliverable Portion of Work Substantially Complete, Contractor shall prepare for Owner Parties’ review and approval a comprehensive list of incomplete and unsatisfactory items.

  • If Contractor has performed at least fifty percent (50%) of the Work of a Deliverable Portion of Work and is progressing satisfactorily, upon the Contractor’s submission of written application containing the surety’s written approval, Owner Parties may, in their sole discretion, reduce or eliminate retainage on any remaining progress payments for that Work.

  • Upon receipt, Owner Parties will promptly inspect the subject Work and, when Owner Parties determine the Deliverable Portion of Work meets the Contract Documents’ requirements, will issue a Certificate for Payment approving final payment due Contractor for the applicable Work.

  • Upon Owner’s full occupancy of the Project or a Deliverable Portion of Work, as applicable, and in accordance with the Project’s Close-Out plan, Contractor shall coordinate the transfer of all utility company accounts relating to the Project to the Owner.

  • When the Work of a Deliverable Portion of Work is ninety-seven and one-half percent (97.5%) completed, Owner Parties may, in their sole discretion and without application by the Contractor, reduce the retainage amount to one hundred percent (100%) of the remaining unpaid Contract Sum.

Deliverable Portion of Work shall have the meaning given in the General Conditions. “Design Phase” shall mean the phase of a Deliverable Portion of Work prior to Owner and Design-Builder entering into a Pricing Amendment for that Deliverable Portion of Work.

Related to Deliverable Portion of Work

  • Completion of work means completion of the entire contracted work. Exhaustion of quantity of any particular item mentioned in the bid document shall not imply completion of work or any component thereof.

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • SOW means the document specifying, without limitation, the scope, objective, and time frame of the Work that Supplier will perform for Cisco.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Cost of work , in table above, shall mean the agreement amount of the work.

  • TITLE OF WORK [INSERT] I am the Principal / Corresponding Author of the Work, and my contact details are found in the signature block below.   • Task Order means a separate order issued under this Contract.

  • Type of Work means (insert the type of work you expect to supply the Agency Worker into);

  • Deliverables means the work product and other output of the Services required to be delivered by Contractor as part of the Services, as specified in the relevant section of the Contract.

  • Schedule of Work means that schedule attached to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement setting forth the timing of work to be performed by the Constructing Entity pursuant to the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, based upon the Facilities Study and subject to modification, as required, in accordance with Transmission Provider’s scope change process for interconnection projects set forth in the PJM Manuals. Scope of Work:

  • Stop Work Order means the written Notice, delivered in accordance with this Agreement, by which the State may require the Contractor to stop all, or any part, of the Work of this Agreement, for the period set forth in the Stop Work Order. The Stop Work Order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate that it is issued pursuant to the Stop Work provision in this Exhibit B.

  • Cloud Service Order Form means all written order forms or other ordering documentation for Cloud Services entered into by SAP, or a SAP SE Affiliate or a reseller of SAP SE or an SAP SE Affiliate, and Prime Contractor.

  • Purchase Order (PO) means a written offer made by a purchaser to a supplier formally stating the terms and conditions of a proposed transaction.

  • Period of Work means the time during which an employee is at the disposal of the employer;

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.

  • IITK Purchase Order means the IITK’s official Purchase Order document;
