Definitive Securities definition

Definitive Securities means Bearer Securities in definitive form and includes any replacement ETP Security issued pursuant to these Conditions.

• Without unreasonable delay, the Issuer shall prepare and the Trustee, upon receipt of an Issuer Order, shall authenticate Definitive Securities of the same Series and date of maturity in exchange for temporary Securities.

More Definitions of Definitive Securities

Definitive Securities means Securities that are in the form of Security attached hereto as Exhibit A that do not include the information called for by footnotes 1 and 3 thereof.
