Examples of Definitive Notes in a sentence
A Noteholder (if the Notes are represented by Definitive Notes) or a Note Owner (if the Notes are represented by Book-Entry Notes) may send a request to the Purchaser at any time notifying the Purchaser that such Noteholder or Note Owner, as applicable, would like to communicate with other Noteholders or Note Owners, as applicable, with respect to an exercise of their rights under the terms of the Transaction Documents.
In addition, in the event that the Global Note(s) is exchanged for Definitive Notes, an announcement of such exchange will be made by or on behalf of the Issuer through the SGX-ST.
At such time as all beneficial interests in a Global Note have either been exchanged for Definitive Notes, transferred, redeemed, repurchased or canceled, such Global Note shall be returned by DTC to the Trustee for cancellation or retained and canceled by the Trustee.
