Unrestricted Definitive Security definition

Unrestricted Definitive Security means Definitive Securities and any other Securities that are not required to bear, or are not subject to, the Restricted Securities Legend.

Unrestricted Definitive Security means one or more Definitive Securities that do not bear and are not required to bear the Private Placement Legend.

• Upon receipt of a written request for such an exchange or transfer, the Trustee shall cancel the applicable Unrestricted Definitive Security and increase or cause or be increased the aggregate principal amount of one of the Unrestricted Global Securities of such series.

• A holder of Unrestricted Definitive Securities of a series may transfer such Securities to a Person who takes delivery thereof in the form of an Unrestricted Definitive Security of such series in accordance with subsection 2.05(a).

• Any Unrestricted Definitive Security issued in exchange for a beneficial interest pursuant to this Section 2.05(e)(3) shall be registered in such name or names and in such authorized denomination or denominations as the holder of such beneficial interest shall instruct the Security Registrar through instructions from the Depositary for such series and the Participant or Indirect Participant.

• Any Unrestricted Definitive Security issued in exchange for a beneficial interest pursuant to this Section 2.05(e)(3) shall not bear the Private Placement Legend.
