Restricted Securities Legend definition

Restricted Securities Legend means the legend set forth in Section 2.3(e)(i) herein.

Restricted Securities Legend has the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(b).

Restricted Securities Legend means, collectively, the legends substantially in the forms of the legends required in the form of Security set forth in Section 2.2 to be placed upon each Restricted Security.

Examples of Restricted Securities Legend in a sentence

• The Capital Securities are being offered and sold by the Trust pursuant to the Placement Agreement in definitive, registered form without coupons and with the Restricted Securities Legend.

• Upon the transfer, exchange or replacement of Securities not bearing a Restricted Securities Legend, the Registrar shall deliver Securities that do not bear a Restricted Securities Legend.

• Upon provision of such satisfactory evidence, the Institutional Trustee, at the written direction of the Trust, shall authenticate and deliver Capital Securities that do not bear the Restricted Securities Legend.

More Definitions of Restricted Securities Legend

Restricted Securities Legend means the Private Placement Legend set forth in clause (A) of Section 2.1(c) or the Regulation S Legend set forth in clause (B) of Section 2.1(c), as applicable.

Restricted Securities Legend means a legend in the form set forth in Exhibit A, or any other substantially similar legend indicating the restricted status of the Notes under Rule 144.
