Temporary Global Note definition
Temporary Global Note means a global note in the form or substantially in the form set out in Part 1 of Schedule 6 together with the copy of the applicable Final Terms attached to it with such modifications (if any) as may be agreed between the Issuer, the Agent and the relevant Dealer, comprising some or all of the Notes of the same Series issued by the Issuer under the Programme Agreement or any other agreement between the Issuer and the relevant Dealer;
Temporary Global Note means a Temporary Global Note substantially in the form set out in Schedule 7 (Form of Temporary Global Note) to the Programme Manual; and
Temporary Global Note means a Global Note representing Bearer Notes of one or more Tranches of the same Series on issue and which shall be substantially in the form set out in Part A or Part C of Schedule 1, as the case may be;

During the Restricted Period, interests in a Temporary Global Note will not be transferable to a person that takes delivery in the form of any interest in a Rule 144A Global Note or a Certificated Note.
More Definitions of Temporary Global Note
Temporary Global Note shall have the meaning given such term in Section 3.04(b).
Temporary Global Note means a Global Note representing Bearer Notes of one or more Tranches of the same Series on issue and which shall be substantially in the form set out in Schedule 1 Part A;
Temporary Global Note means a temporary global note representing some or all of the Notes on issue, substantially in the form set out in the Programme Deed.
