Deferred Distribution Date definition

Deferred Distribution Date means the date the Participant terminates employment or the date specified in the Participant's deferral election agreement if a distribution is to be made prior to a Participant's termination of employment.
Deferred Distribution Date means the date as of which the Participant has elected to receive a distribution of the deferred portion of the Participant’s Accounts, as specified in the Participant’s written deferral election pursuant to Section 7.03.
Deferred Distribution Date means the Distribution Date specified under the Notice of Deferral Election Form, in the event the Participant elected to defer his or her LTI award.

  • If the Participant elects a Termination Date Election or a Deferred Distribution Date Election (as these terms are defined in the Purchase Plan), the Participant will receive a Matching Award of Deferred Stock Units.
