Interim Distribution Date definition

Interim Distribution Date means the date that is no later than 180 calendar days after the Initial Distribution Date or the most recent Interim Distribution Date thereafter, which shall be the date on which interim distributions under the Plan are made, with such periodic Interim Distribution Dates occurring until the Final Distribution Date has occurred, it being understood that the Reorganized Debtors may increase the frequency of Interim Distribution Dates in their sole discretion as circumstances warrant.
Interim Distribution Date means any date, other than the Final Distribution Date, after the Initial Distribution Date on which the Reorganized Debtors determine, that an interim distribution should be made to holders of Allowed Claims in light of, inter alia, resolutions of Disputed Claims and the administrative costs of such a distribution.
Interim Distribution Date means any date after the Initial Distribution Date on which the Reorganized Debtors determine, in consultation with the Post-Effective Date Claims Agent, that an interim distribution should be made to Class 6 or Class 7, in light of, inter alia, resolutions of Disputed Claims and the administrative costs of such a distribution and to the extent applicable with respect to the Cross-Border Debtors, as provided in the CCAA Plan.

Examples of Interim Distribution Date in a sentence

Pursuant to the terms and provisions of the Plan, the Plan Administrator shall make the required Distributions specified under the Plan, on the Initial Distribution Date, Interim Distribution Date, or Final Distribution Date, as the case may be, under the Plan.

Such amount(s) shall be measured on the applicable Interim Distribution Date and shall be payable within thirty (30) days of such Interim Distribution Date.

Further Interim Distribution Has the meaning given to that term in section 3.2.2 above.Further Interim Distribution Date (If Scenario B occurs) A date as determined by the Manager which will beafter the First Distribution Date and prior to the Redemption Payment Date, being the date on which a Further Interim Distribution of the Sub-Fund will take place.

After 3 April 2018, when certain Suspended Stocks resume trading and are disposed, further interim distribution(s) (each a “Further Interim Distribution”) will be made to Relevant Investors at such interval as determined by the Manager, after the First Interim Distribution Date and prior to the Redemption Payment Date.

First Interim Distribution Date (If Scenario B occurs) On or around 3 April 2018, being the date on whichthe First Interim Distribution of the Sub-Fund will take place.


More Definitions of Interim Distribution Date

Interim Distribution Date means the date as soon as reasonably practicable after the Plan Implementation Date;
Interim Distribution Date means the first day of any calendar year, selected by the Participant, upon which the designated portion of Deferral (as well as any appreciation or depreciation of such amounts due to Investment Adjustments) attributable to a given Plan Year shall be distributed in a lump sum payment. Notwithstanding the prior sentence, in no event shall a Participant be permitted to select a date which is less than three (3) years from the end of the Plan Year to which the Election Form relates.
Interim Distribution Date means the date or dates, in each year, determined by the Manager (with the approval of the Trustee) as the date or dates for interim distributions of Income Property during and on account of the relevant Distribution Period (or any such other Interim Distribution Date after the final distribution).
Interim Distribution Date means: (a) any date after the Initial Distribution Date on which the Reorganized Debtor has more than $30 million available for an interim Distribution to holders of Allowed Class 3 Claims; (b) with respect to Disputed Claims that subsequently become Allowed Claims in an aggregate amount of at least $25 million (or are estimated by the Bankruptcy Court for distribution purposes pursuant to an order entered under section 502(c) of the Bankruptcy Code), five (5) Business Days after such Disputed Claim becomes an Allowed Claim pursuant to a Final Order; or (c) with respect to any Specified Guarantee Claim that is subject of a Specified Guarantee Claim Objection, to the extent not previously paid, five (5) Business Days after such Specified Guarantee Claim becomes an Allowed Claim pursuant to a Final Order or an order is entered estimating such Claim for distribution purposes, as the case may be.
Interim Distribution Date means any Settlement Date, other than a ------------------------- Distribution Date, on which the Collateral Agent shall pay principal, Yield and certain other amounts in accordance with this Agreement and the Security Agreement.
