Subsequent Distribution Date definition

Subsequent Distribution Date means the last Business Day of the month following the end of each calendar quarter after the Effective Date; provided, however, that if the Effective Date is within thirty (30) days of the end of a calendar quarter, then the first Subsequent Distribution Date will be the last Business Day of the month following the end of the first (1st) calendar quarter after the calendar quarter in which the Effective Date falls.
Subsequent Distribution Date means the date following the Initial Distribution Date on which the Plan Administrator in its reasonable discretion elects to make distributions to Holders of Allowed Claims pursuant to the Plan.
Subsequent Distribution Date means any date, as determined by the Plan Administrator which is after the First Distribution Date and prior to the Final Distribution Date, on which the Plan Administrator commences a Distribution to Holders of Allowed Claims pursuant to the Plan.

Examples of Subsequent Distribution Date in a sentence

Any installment payments to be made under clause (C) or (D) above shall be made in equal quarterly Cash payments beginning on the first applicable Subsequent Distribution Date, and continuing on each Subsequent Distribution Date thereafter until payment in full of the applicable Allowed Priority Tax Claim.

Any installment payments to be made under clause (D) or (E) above shall be made in equal quarterly Cash payments beginning on the first applicable Subsequent Distribution Date, and continuing on each Subsequent Distribution Date thereafter until payment in full of the applicable Allowed Class 3 Claim.

Any distribution that is not made on the Initial Distribution Date or on any other date specified in the Plan because the Claim that would have been entitled to receive that distribution is not an Allowed Claim on such date, shall be held by the Liquidating Trustee in the Disputed Claims Reserve and distributed on the next Subsequent Distribution Date that occurs after such Claim is Allowed.


More Definitions of Subsequent Distribution Date

Subsequent Distribution Date means the twentieth day after the end of each calendar quarter after the occurrence of the Effective Date.
