Date of Expiration definition

Date of Expiration means the date on which the Option shall expire, which shall be the earliest of the following times:
Date of Expiration means one year from the date of issuance of the medical cannabidiol registration card by the department of transportation.
Date of Expiration means date of expiration as defined in Part 128 of this Title.

Date of Expiration means, subject to the provisions of Section 3.C and D of this Agreement, ten (10) years after the Date of Grant.
