Time of Expiry definition

Time of Expiry means the time of expiry of certain rights with respect to the conversion of Debentures under Article 6 which is to be set forth separately in the form and terms for each series of Debentures which by their terms are to be convertible;

Time of Expiry means 5:00 p.m. (Toronto time) on the Expiry Date;

Time of Expiry means 5:00 p.m. (Edmonton time) on the Expiry Date;

• Notwithstanding subsection !(a) of this Warrant certificate, in the event that, prior to the applicable Vesting Date, a Change of Control (as defined in subsection l(f)(iv)) occurs, other than a Change of Control in conjunction with an internal reorganization of the Corporation, the Vesting Date shall no longer apply and from the date that the Change of Control occurs, the Holder shall be entitled to exercise the Warrants from time to time until the Time of Expiry.
