Storage Conditions. USL, its Affiliates and Agents dealing with Product shall ensure that Product under it or their control is at all times properly stored under conditions that will not adversely affect its quality or Specifications or actual shelf life required under an applicable Regulatory Approval.

Storage Conditions. US Bio will maintain Product stored at, and shipped from, its facilities under (i) the Product storage, shipment and handling requirements set forth in the FDA-approved labeling and (ii) any additional requirements mutually agreed upon between US Bio and Dyax. US Bio shall notify Dyax within one (1) business day of any deviation from such requirements so that Dyax can determine whether any further action must be taken with respect to such Product. Failure of US Bio to notify Dyax promptly of such deviation shall constitute a breach of this Agreement by US Bio.

Failure of ICS to notify Dyax promptly of such known deviation shall constitute a breach of this Agreement by ICS.
Storage Conditions. MMB will store the Stored Materials in the containers specified in the relevant deposit form, and at the temperature and under the other conditions that are specified in the deposit form and that are agreed to by MMB. MMB will store the Stored Materials in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices as set forth in US 21CFR Parts 210 and 211 applicable to pilot scale facilities and 21 CFR Part 600 applicable to biological products.
