Storage Conditions. USL, its Affiliates and Agents dealing with Product shall ensure that Product under it or their control is at all times properly stored under conditions that will not adversely affect its quality or Specifications or actual shelf life required under an applicable Regulatory Approval.

Except to the extent Cryonix and Agen agree otherwise in writing, Cryonix agrees to store the Deposit Cell Lines within escrow, frozen under the following freezing conditions: Storage in liquid nitrogen at -196°C in a non-segregated LN2 vessel. The storage unit containing the Deposit Cell Lines will be monitored for temperature every (ten) 10 minutes by a GMP compliant system. Full documentation of temperature, alarm information, maintenance and inventory will be maintained by Cryonix and provided to the parties on a monthly basis. Cryonix agrees to store the documents within the Deposit Materials in a standard fireproof and secure 4-drawer cabinet. Cryonix’s storage facility will be GMP compliant. The amount and/or type of freezing vessel can be changed at any time (subject to payment of applicable fees) and no limit exists for the amount of time the Deposit Materials may be stored at Cryonix’s facility.
Storage Conditions. US Bio will maintain Product stored at, and shipped from, its facilities under (i) the Product storage, shipment and handling requirements set forth in the FDA-approved labeling and (ii) any additional requirements mutually agreed upon between US Bio and Dyax. US Bio shall notify Dyax within one (1) business day of any deviation from such requirements so that Dyax can determine whether any further action must be taken with respect to such Product. Failure of US Bio to notify Dyax promptly of such deviation shall constitute a breach of this Agreement by US Bio.
Storage Conditions. ABC will use reasonable commercial efforts to maintain Products under proper conditions, both in storage and in transit to ABC customers.

ASD will maintain Product stored at, and shipped from, its facilities under (i) the Product storage, shipment and handling requirements set forth in the FDA approved labeling and (ii) any additional requirements mutually agreed upon between ASD and Dyax. ASD shall notify Dyax within one (1) business day of any known deviation from such requirements so that Dyax can determine whether any further action must be taken with respect to such Product. Failure of ASD to notify Dyax promptly of such known deviation shall constitute a breach of this Agreement by ASD.

ICS will maintain Product stored at, and shipped from, its facilities under (i) the Product storage, shipment and handling requirements set forth in the Statement of Work included in Exhibit B, (ii) any applicable SOPs and (iii) any other conditions required by the FDA approved labeling. ICS shall notify Dyax within one (1) business day of any known deviation from such requirements so that Dyax can determine whether any further action must be taken with respect to such Product. Failure of ICS to notify Dyax promptly of such known deviation shall constitute a breach of this Agreement by ICS.
Storage Conditions. MMB will store the Stored Materials in the containers specified in the relevant deposit form, and at the temperature and under the other conditions that are specified in the deposit form and that are agreed to by MMB. MMB will store the Stored Materials in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices as set forth in US 21CFR Parts 210 and 211 applicable to pilot scale facilities and 21 CFR Part 600 applicable to biological products.
