Database Management Services Revenue means all gross revenues Blackbaud records in its consolidated financial statements (including the Company) under GAAP (subject to Section 1.4(c) hereof) generated from Database Management Services Blackbaud provides to the Named Customers, including (a) all such revenue generated by the Named Customers using DonorDirect (including any improvements or enhancements to, new versions of, and successor programs to, DonorDirect and any affiliated and related components), and (b) except with respect to [*], all such revenue generated by Named Customer subscriptions that convert to Blackbaud Database Management Services (based on comparable Database Management Services only).
