Successors and Assignees. This Agreement shall be binding upon and enure to the benefit of each party to this Agreement and its or any subsequent successors, permitted assignees and Transferees.
Successors and Assignees. The LOCAL PUBLIC AGENCY, insofar as authorized by law, binds itself and its successors to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The CONSULTANT binds its successors, , administrators and assignees to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
