Data Trust Agreement definition

Data Trust Agreement means the data trust agreement dated on or about 17 May 2016, as amended or amended and restated from time to time, entered into between the Issuer, the Data Trustee, the Seller and the Transaction Security Trustee;
Data Trust Agreement means the data trust agreement dated 22 September 2009 and entered into between the ISSUER, the DATA TRUSTEE, the SELLER and the TRANSACTION SECURITY TRUSTEE;
