The Purchased Asset Files shall be maintained in accordance with the Custodial Agreement.
Seller or its designee (including Custodian) shall release its custody of the Purchased Asset File only in accordance with a written request acknowledged in writing by Purchaser and otherwise in accordance with the Custodial Agreement.
