Custodial Agreement definition

Custodial Agreement. The Custodial Agreement, if any, from time to time in effect between the Custodian named therein and the Certificate Administrator, in the form agreed to by the Certificate Administrator and the Custodian, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof. No Custodial Agreement will be required if the Custodian is the same party as the Certificate Administrator.
Custodial Agreement. An agreement that may be entered into among the Company, the Master Servicer, the Trustee and a Custodian pursuant to which the Custodian will hold certain documents relating to the Mortgage Loans on behalf of the Trustee. Custodian: A custodian appointed pursuant to a Custodial Agreement.

With respect to each Purchased Loan, the Mortgage Note, the Mortgage, the Assignment of Mortgage and any other documents required to be delivered under this Agreement and the Custodial Agreement for such Purchased Loan have been delivered to Buyer or Custodian on its behalf.

More Definitions of Custodial Agreement

Custodial Agreement. Each custodial agreement attached as Exhibit K hereto, and any custodial agreement subsequently executed by the Trustee and acknowledged by the Master Servicer substantially in the form thereof.
