Data Centre Services means the services to be provided by the Data Centre via the Supplier to the Customer under the terms of this Agreement, as more fully agreed by the parties in the SOW;

Examples of Data Centre Services in a sentence

  • Accordingly the Customer agrees to indemnify and keep the Supplier indemnified from any claim brought by: (a) a third party; or (b) any applicable authority resulting from any use by the Customer of the Customer Equipment, the Supplier Equipment and/or the Data Centre Services that is not in accordance with the terms of the Agreement, including an infringement of any Intellectual Property Right of any kind, legislation or regulation.

Related to Data Centre Services

  • Data Centre or "DC" means the primary centre where data, software, computer systems and associated components, such as telecommunication and storage systems, redundant or backup power supplies, redundant data communications, environment controls and security devices are housed and operated from;

  • Foster care services means the provision of a full range of casework, treatment and community

  • Free Services means the Subscription Service or other products or features made available by us to you on an unpaid trial or free basis.

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;
