Customer Operating Environment definition

Customer Operating Environment means the Customer’s computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and telecommunications networks) that is to be used by the Customer in connection with its use of the Service and which interfaces with the Supplier’s System in order for the Customer to receive the Services
Customer Operating Environment means the information technology infrastructure pertinent to the supply and operation of the Devices, Software and/or Services. Device(s): a mobile computing device used by the Customer to access the Software and/or the Services including the Recommended Device. Fees: the fees payable by the Customer to QuikPlan for the Software and Services or any Additional Services, as set out in the Order Form. Instruction Documents: the documents made available to the Customer by QuikPlan from time to time which sets out the user instructions for the Software and/or the Services to be provided as detailed in the Order Form.

  • Diagnosis of Incidents will be carried out by way of assessing the service health & configuration of the Microsoft Online Services in the Customer’s Tenancy and, where required, remote access to view the Incident occurring in the Customer Operating Environment.

  • The Customer shall remain responsible for it’s own use of the Services where not in accordance with the license granted to it under this Agreement and is also responsible for the Customer-site Equipment and the Customer Operating Environment, including any use by third parties (whether fraudulent or invited by the Customer).

Related to Customer Operating Environment

  • Operating Environment means, collectively, the platform, environment and conditions on, in or under which the Software is intended to be installed and operate, as set forth in the Statement of Work, including such structural, functional and other features, conditions and components as hardware, operating software and system architecture and configuration.

  • Customer Environment means Customer’s data network/equipment and premises environment.

  • Production Environment means a logical group of virtual or physical computers comprised within the Cloud Environment to which the Customer will be provided with access and use the purchased Cloud Application(s) in production and for its generally marketed purpose.

  • ICT Environment means the Authority System and the Contractor System. “Information” has the meaning given under section 84 of the FOIA.

  • DRIVER / OPERATOR means an individual possessing sound mental and physical health who must be in possession of an appropriate professional Driving License and

  • Natural environment means the air, land and water, or any combination or part thereof, of the Province of Ontario; (“environnement naturel”)

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • Customer Premises Equipment or "CPE" means equipment employed on the premises of a Person other than a Carrier to originate, route or terminate Telecommunications (e.g., a telephone, PBX, modem pool, etc.).

  • The Works/Project means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Generator Operator means the Person that Operates the Generating Facility and performs the functions of supplying electric energy and interconnected operations services within the meaning of the NERC Reliability Standards.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Hostile environment means a situation in which bullying among students is sufficiently severe or pervasive to alter the conditions of the school climate;

  • Storm water or wastewater collection system means piping, pumps, conduits, and any other equipment necessary to collect and transport the flow of surface water run-off resulting from precipitation, or domestic, commercial, or industrial wastewater to and from retention areas or any areas where treatment is designated to occur. The collection of storm water and wastewater does not include treatment except where incidental to conveyance.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Adverse Environmental Condition means (i) the existence or the continuation of the existence, of an Environmental Contamination (including, without limitation, a sudden or non-sudden accidental or non-accidental Environmental Contamination), of, or exposure to, any substance, chemical, material, pollutant, Hazardous Substance, odor or audible noise or other release or emission in, into or onto the environment (including without limitation, the air, ground, water or any surface) at, in, by, from or related to any Equipment, (ii) the environmental aspect of the transportation, storage, treatment or disposal of materials in connection with the operation of any Equipment, or (iii) the violation, or alleged violation, of any Environmental Law, permits or licenses of, by or from any governmental authority, agency or court relating to environmental matters connected with any of the Equipment.

  • Meter Operator means a party appointed for the purposes of the BSC, to:

  • Operating Area means those areas on-shore in India in which company or its affiliated company may from time to time be entitled to execute such services/operations.

  • General air quality operating permit or "general permit" means an air quality operating permit that meets the requirements of ARM 17.8.1222, covers multiple sources in a source category, and is issued in lieu of individual permits being issued to each source.

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • Wastewater collection system means the sewer and pumping system used for the collection and conveyance of domestic, commercial and industrial wastewater; and

  • Contractor Project Manager means the employee identified in a Statement of Work as the Contractor project manager.
