Customer Deposit Reserve definition

Customer Deposit Reserve means a reserve established by the Administrative Agent in connection with customer deposits in respect of motor vehicles that have not been delivered to such customers, as adjusted from time to time by the Administrative Agent in its Permitted Discretion.
