Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount definition

Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount means, for any day in a Due Period, an amount equal to the Class C Tranche Interest Allocation for the related Distribution Date; provided, however, that for purposes of determining the Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount on any day on which the Class C Tranche Interest Allocation cannot be determined because the LIBOR Determination Date for the applicable Interest Accrual Period has not yet occurred, the Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount shall be the Class C Tranche Interest Allocation determined based on a pro forma calculation made on the assumption that LIBOR will be LIBOR for the applicable period determined on the first day of such calendar month, multiplied by 1.25.
Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount means, for any day in a Due Period, an amount equal to the Class A Tranche Interest Allocation for the related Distribution Date.
Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount means, for any day in a Due Period, an amount equal to the Class A(2011-A) Tranche Interest Allocation for the related Distribution Date, plus any Class A Tranche Interest Allocation Shortfall for the Class A(2011-A) Notes for the immediately preceding Distribution Date; provided, however, that for purposes of determining the Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount on any day on which the Class A(2011-A) Tranche Interest Allocation cannot be determined because the Note Interest Rate for the applicable Interest Accrual Period has not yet been notified to the Calculation Agent and the Indenture Trustee in accordance with the Note Purchase Agreement, the Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount shall be the Class A(2011-A) Tranche Interest Allocation determined based on a pro forma calculation made on the assumption that the Note Interest Rate will be equal to the sum of (i) the Note Interest Rate, excluding any applicable margin, for the prior Interest Accrual Period and applicable to the Interest Payment Date occurring in such Due Period, multiplied by 1.25 and (ii) any applicable margin; provided, further, that for purposes of determining the Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount for any day in the Due Period preceding the first Interest Payment Date on which the Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of the Class A(2011-A) Notes is greater than zero, if the Class A(2011-A) Tranche Interest Allocation cannot be determined because the Note Interest Rate for such first Interest Accrual Period has not yet been notified to the Calculation Agent and the Indenture Trustee in accordance with the Note Purchase Agreement, a rate equal to the rate provided by the Agent, based on the Agent’s good faith estimate of the anticipated Note Interest Rate for such first Interest Accrual Period, to the Indenture Trustee and Calculation Agent on the date of effectiveness of such first increase in the Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of the Class A(2011-A) Notes shall be used in lieu of the Note Interest Rate.

Related to Required Daily Deposit Target Finance Charge Amount

  • Required Daily Deposit Target Principal Amount means, for any day in a Due Period, (i) if such Due Period is in the Accumulation Period for the Class A(2022-2) Notes, the Accumulation Amount, (ii) if such day is on or after the occurrence and during the continuance of a Class A(2022-2) Adverse Event, the Nominal Liquidation Amount of the Class A(2022-2) Notes and (iii) in all other circumstances, zero.

  • Monthly Principal Reallocation Amount means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of:

  • Group II Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) all scheduled payments of principal collected or advanced on the Group II Mortgage Loans by the Master Servicer that were due during the related Due Period, (ii) all partial and full principal prepayments of the Group II Mortgage Loans applied by the Master Servicer during the related Prepayment Period, (iii) the principal portion of all Net Liquidation Proceeds, Insurance Proceeds and Gross Subsequent Recoveries received during the related Prepayment Period with respect to the Group II Mortgage Loans, (iv) that portion of the Purchase Price, representing principal of any repurchased Group II Mortgage Loan, deposited to the Collection Account during the related Prepayment Period, (v) the principal portion of any Substitution Adjustments deposited in the Collection Account during the related Prepayment Period with respect to the Group II Mortgage Loans and (vi) on the Distribution Date on which the Trust is to be terminated in accordance with this Agreement, that portion of the Termination Price representing principal with respect to the Group II Mortgage Loans.

  • Available Spread Account Amount means, for any Transfer Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the amount on deposit in the Spread Account (exclusive of Investment Earnings on such date and before giving effect to any deposit to, or withdrawal from, the Spread Account made or to be made with respect to such date) and (b) the Required Spread Account Amount, in each case on such Transfer Date.

  • Group I Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) all scheduled payments of principal collected or advanced on the Group I Mortgage Loans by the Master Servicer that were due during the related Due Period, (ii) all partial and full principal prepayments of the Group I Mortgage Loans applied by the Master Servicer during the related Prepayment Period, (iii) the principal portion of all Net Liquidation Proceeds, Insurance Proceeds and Gross Subsequent Recoveries received during the related Prepayment Period with respect to the Group I Mortgage Loans, (iv) that portion of the Purchase Price, representing principal of any repurchased Group I Mortgage Loan, deposited to the Collection Account during the related Prepayment Period, (v) the principal portion of any Substitution Adjustments deposited in the Collection Account during the related Prepayment Period with respect to the Group I Mortgage Loans and (vi) on the Distribution Date on which the Trust is to be terminated in accordance with this Agreement, that portion of the Termination Price representing principal with respect to the Group I Mortgage Loans.

  • Required Spread Account Amount means, for any Distribution Date, (a) the product of (i) the Spread Account Percentage in effect on such date and (ii) during (x) the Revolving Period, the Collateral Amount and (y) thereafter, the Collateral Amount as of the last day of the Revolving Period; provided, that in no event will the Required Spread Account Amount exceed the Class B Principal Balance (after taking into account any payments to be made on such Distribution Date).

  • Required Accumulation Reserve sub-Account Amount means, with respect to any Monthly Period during the Accumulation Reserve Funding Period, an amount equal to (i) 0.5% of the Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of the Class A(2021-1) Notes as of the close of business on the last day of the preceding Monthly Period or (ii) any other amount designated by the Issuer; provided, however, that if such designation is of a lesser amount, the Note Rating Agencies shall have provided prior written confirmation that a Ratings Effect will not occur with respect to such change.

  • Shared Excess Finance Charge Collections means, with respect to any Distribution Date, as the context requires, either (a) the aggregate amount of Collections of Finance Charge Receivables allocated to the Series 1999-1 Certificates but available to cover Finance Charge Shortfalls for other Series in Group One, if any, or (b) the aggregate amount of Collections of Finance Charge Receivables and other amounts allocable to other Series in Group One in excess of the amounts necessary to make required payments with respect to such Series, if any, and available to cover any Finance Charge Shortfall with respect to the Series 1999-1 Certificates as described in Section 4.14.

  • Required Reserve Account Amount means, for any date on or after the Reserve Account Funding Date an amount equal to (a) 0.50% of the Class A Invested Amount or (b) any other amount designated by the Transferor; provided, that if such designation is of a lesser amount, the Transferor shall have (i) provided the Servicer and the Trustee with evidence that the Rating Agency Condition has been satisfied and (ii) the Transferor shall have delivered to the Trustee a certificate of an authorized officer to the effect that, based on the facts known to such officer at such time, in the reasonable belief of the Transferor, such designation will not cause a Pay Out Event or an event that, after giving of notice or the lapse of time, would cause a Pay Out Event to occur with respect to Series 1998-2.

  • Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount equal to the sum of the following amounts (without duplication) with respect to the related Due Period: (i) each Scheduled Payment of principal on a Mortgage Loan due during such Due Period and received by the Servicer on or prior to the related Determination Date or advanced by the Servicer for the related Remittance Date, (ii) all Principal Prepayments received during the related Prepayment Period, (iii) all Liquidation Proceeds, Condemnation Proceeds and Insurance Proceeds on the Mortgage Loans allocable to principal actually collected by the Servicer during the related Prepayment Period, (iv) the portion of the Repurchase Price allocable to principal with respect to each Deleted Mortgage Loan, the repurchase obligation for which arose during the related Prepayment Period, that was repurchased during the period from the prior Distribution Date through the Remittance Date for the current Distribution Date, (v) the portion of all Substitution Adjustment Amounts allocable to principal with respect to the substitutions of Mortgage Loans that occur during the calendar month in which such Distribution Date occurs, and (vi) the allocable portion of the proceeds received with respect to the termination of the Trust Fund pursuant to clause (a) of Section 9.01 (to the extent such proceeds relate to principal).

  • Excess Finance Charge Collections means collections of Finance Charge Receivables and certain other amounts allocable to the Certificateholders’ Interest of any Excess Allocation Series in excess of the amounts necessary to make required payments with respect to such series (including payments to the provider of any related Series Enhancement) that are payable out of collections of Finance Charge Receivables.

  • Reserve Account Amount means, for any Distribution Date, the amount on deposit in and available for withdrawal from the Reserve Account on such Distribution Date (after giving effect to all deposits to and withdrawals from the Reserve Account on the preceding Distribution Date, or, in the case of the initial Distribution Date, the Closing Date), including all interest and other income (net of losses and investment expenses) earned on such amount during the preceding Collection Period.

  • Available Reserve Account Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (a) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account on such date (before giving effect to any deposit to be made to the Reserve Account on such date) and (b) the Required Reserve Account Amount.

  • Seller Remittance Amount With respect to each Due Period and any Mortgage Loan, an amount equal to one-twelfth the product of (a) the Seller Remittance Rate and (b) the outstanding principal balance of the Mortgage Loan as of the related Determination Date. The obligation of the Servicer to pay the Seller Remittance Amount with respect to a Mortgage Loan is limited to, and the Seller Remittance Amount is payable solely from, the interest portion (including recoveries with respect to interest from Liquidation Proceeds, Condemnation Proceeds and Insurance Proceeds to the extent permitted by Section 3.04 of this Agreement) of the Monthly Payments collected by the Servicer with respect to such Mortgage Loan, or as otherwise provided under this Agreement. The Seller Remittance Amount with respect to a Mortgage Loan shall not be reduced by any Prepayment Interest Shortfall incurred with respect to the Mortgage Loan. The Master Servicer shall have no obligation to monitor or enforce the obligation of the Servicer to remit payment of the Seller Remittance Amount to the Seller.

  • Available Finance Charge Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Investor Finance Charge Collections for such Monthly Period, plus (b) the Excess Finance Charge Collections allocated to Series 2009-VFN for such Monthly Period, plus (c) interest and earnings on funds on deposit in the Cash Collateral Account which will be deposited into the Finance Charge Account on the related Transfer Date to be treated as Available Finance Charge Collections pursuant to subsection 5.10(b).

  • Required Amount means with respect to each Liquidity Facility or Cash Collateral Account, for any day, the sum of the aggregate amount of interest, calculated at the rate per annum equal to the Stated Interest Rate for the related Class of Certificates, that would be payable on such Class of Certificates on each of the three successive Regular Distribution Dates immediately following such day or, if such day is a Regular Distribution Date, on such day and the succeeding two Regular Distribution Dates, in each case calculated on the basis of the Pool Balance of such Class of Certificates on such day and without regard to expected future distributions of principal on such Class of Certificates.

  • Maximum Yield Supplement Amount means with respect to any Collection Period and the related Deposit Date, after giving effect to the Yield Supplement Amount, the maximum amount required to be on deposit in the Yield Supplement Account on the immediately succeeding Payment Date, which is equal to the present value (using an interest rate of: 0.25%) of the sum of all Yield Supplement Amounts for all future Payment Dates, assuming that future Scheduled Payments on the Discount Receivables are made on the date on which they are scheduled as being due.

  • Reserve Account Excess Amount means, with respect to any Payment Date, an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (a) the amount of cash or other immediately available funds in the Reserve Account (excluding any net investment earnings) on that Payment Date, after giving effect to all deposits to and withdrawals from the Reserve Account on such Payment Date, over (b) the Specified Reserve Account Balance with respect to such Payment Date.

  • Investor Finance Charge Collections means, for any Monthly Period, an amount equal to the aggregate amount of Finance Charge Collections (including Net Recoveries treated as Finance Charge Collections) retained or deposited in the Finance Charge Account for Series 2009-VFN pursuant to clause 5.1(b)(i) for such Monthly Period.

  • Reallocated Investor Finance Charge Collections means that portion of Group I Investor Finance Charge Collections allocated to Series 1997-1 pursuant to Section 4.10.

  • Targeted Accumulation Reserve Subaccount Deposit means, with respect to any Distribution Date during the Accumulation Reserve Funding Period, an amount equal to (i) [0.5]% of the Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount of the Class A( - ) Notes as of the close of business on the last day of the related Due Period or (ii) any other amount designated by the Calculation Agent on behalf of the Issuer.]

  • Finance Charge Account means the account designated as such, established and owned by the Issuer and maintained in accordance with Section 4.2.

  • Series Finance Charge Collections means, with respect to any day or any Distribution Date or Trust Distribution Date, as applicable, the sum of the amount of Class Finance Charge Collections for each Class for such day or for the related Due Period, as applicable.

  • Prepayment Charge Period As to any Mortgage Loan, the period of time during which a Prepayment Charge may be imposed.

  • Master Servicer Prepayment Charge Payment Amount The amounts payable by the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 2.03(b) in respect of any waived (or, with respect to subsequent changes of law, any unenforceable) Prepayment Charges.
