Customer Control Panel definition

Customer Control Panel refers to the set of Web-based interfaces provided by the Parent and its Service Providers to the Customer which allows him to Manage Orders
Customer Control Panel. Web or API-based user interface for access to ECP.

  • For liability purposes The Supplier Support Team is not permitted to access nor perform tasks via the Customer Control Panel.

  • We may issue you with a username and password for accessing the Customer Control Panel, hereafter known and referred as “Control Panel” in this agreement and attached addendums.

  • Unless the Customer disable the automatic renewal option by selecting appropriate option in the Customer Control Panel, the Parent shall have the right to automatically renew the Order(s) when it comes up for renewal and will take payment from the payment method the Parent have on file.

Related to Customer Control Panel

  • Customer Contract means any written contract or agreement (other than trade contracts) between Seller and any of its customers (or under which Seller has rights) which has been entered into and signed by the parties thereto in connection with the publication of the Directories and corresponding provision of Directory Services.

  • Customer Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(b)(ii)(A).

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Customer Portal means a web portal maintained by Liferay or a Liferay Affiliate that provides for various resources accessible to Liferay Subscription customers as further described in Section 2.1 below.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Bidder/Contractor means the interested Firm/ Company/ Supplier/ Distributors that may provide or provides related Equipment/Services to any of the public/private sector organization under the contract and have registered for the relevant business thereof.

  • financial service supplier means any natural or juridical person of a Party wishing to supply or supplying financial services but the term “financial service supplier” does not include a public entity;

  • Service and support administrator means a person, regardless of title, employed by or under contract with a county board to perform the functions of service and support administration and who holds the appropriate certification in accordance with rule 5123:2-5-02 of the Administrative Code.

  • Client Money Rules means the rules specified in the applicable regulation and other related matters issued pursuant to this paragraph.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;
