Critical Service Level Default definition

Critical Service Level Default has the meaning given to it in Schedule 2, Exhibit C;
Critical Service Level Default means, with regard to any Critical Service Level, First Data’s failure to perform at a level that meets the corresponding Critical Service Level during any particular Measurement Period.
Critical Service Level Default means a Service Level Default in respect of a Critical Service Level.

Examples of Critical Service Level Default in a sentence

  • For each Critical Service Level Default, First Data shall promptly notify RCSI of such failure.

  • In the event of a Critical Service Level Default in any given month, Supplier shall issue CoreLogic a Service Level Credit in accordance with Section 5.2. Supplier’s required level of performance associated with each Critical Service Level is set forth in Schedule A-3.1.

  • This section sets forth the method to be used to calculate the credits that shall be issued by IBM to Solectron (“Service Level Credit”) in the event of a Critical Service Level Default or an insufficient score on the Management Survey.

  • Service Level Credits shall begin to accrue with respect to any Critical Service Level Default occurring after the date that IBM begins to process Solectron purchase requests through the P2P Platform.

More Definitions of Critical Service Level Default

Critical Service Level Default means a Service Level Default with respect to a Critical Service Level.
Critical Service Level Default shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(b).
Critical Service Level Default shall be deemed to occur whenever Supplier’s level of performance for a particular Critical Service Level fails to meet or exceed the level performance specified in Schedule A-3.1 for such Critical Service Level in a given month.
Critical Service Level Default means a failure by Supplier to meet the specified Service Level target for a Critical Service Level.

Related to Critical Service Level Default

  • Contractor Default shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 23.1;

  • Service Levels means any service levels applicable to the provision of the Services under this Call Off Contract specified in Annex 1 to Part A of Call Off Schedule 6 (Service Levels, Service Credits and Performance Monitoring);

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;

  • Service Level Standards has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1 hereof.

  • Customer Default has the meaning set out in clause 8.3.

  • Critical Path means those Trade Contractor Work activities identified on the Construction Schedule which, if delayed, will cause a corresponding Delay in the Substantial Completion Date.

  • Critical Illness means an illness, sickness or disease or corrective measure as specified in Section 6 of this policy document.

  • Critical control point means a point, step, or procedure in a food proc- ess at which control can be applied, and a food safety hazard can as a result be prevented, eliminated, or reduced to acceptable levels.

  • State Level Monitoring Cell means the body constituted by the State Government for the control and elimination of ragging in institutions within the jurisdiction of the State, established under a State Law or on the advice of the Central Government, as the case may be.

  • Project Milestone means the project milestone set forth in Schedule-J;
