Examples of Existing Credit Agreements in a sentence
Each Lender that, as of the Closing Date, was a party to either of the Existing Credit Agreements hereby waives its right, if any, to indemnification pursuant to Section 3.04 of the applicable Existing Credit Agreement as a result of any prepayment of Loans under and as defined in such Existing Credit Agreement on the Closing Date.
