Existing ABL Credit Agreement definition

Existing ABL Credit Agreement means that certain ABL credit agreement, dated as of April 19, 2013, among Petco Animal Supplies, Inc., the lenders party thereto, Bank of America, N.A., (as successor to Credit Suisse AG) as administrative agent, Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as collateral agent, and the subsidiaries of Petco Animal Supplies, Inc. from time to time party thereto, as amended by that certain First Amendment to the ABL Credit Agreement, dated as of November 21, 2014.

Existing ABL Credit Agreement means the credit agreement governing the ABL Facility.

• The Loan Parties confirm and agree that the Existing ABL Credit Agreement and the other Loan Documents and each and every covenant, condition, obligation and provision set forth therein and as amended hereby are, and shall continue to be, in full force and effect and are hereby confirmed, reaffirmed and ratified in all respects.

• All loans made and obligations incurred under the Existing ABL Credit Agreement which are outstanding on the Effective Date shall continue as Loans and Secured Obligations under (and shall be governed by the terms of) this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
