COVID-19 Supporter Code of Conduct definition

COVID-19 Supporter Code of Conduct means such if any COVID-19 supporter code of conduct issued by the Club from time to time which may set out certain terms and conditions (in addition to the Ground Regulations) as a consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic and upon which supporters are granted entry to the Stadium, a copy of any such code of conduct to be communicated to the Season Ticket Holder, available on the Club website and displayed at the Stadium;
COVID-19 Supporter Code of Conduct means any applicable COVID-19 supporter code of conduct issued by the Club from time to time as a consequence of the COVID-19 pandemic that may set out certain terms and conditions (in addition to the Ground Regulations) and upon which spectators are granted entry to the Stadium;
COVID-19 Supporter Code of Conduct means the COVID-19 supporter code of conduct issued by the Club from time to time that sets out certain terms and conditions (in addition to the Ground Regulations) upon which supporters are granted entry to the Stadium, a copy of which will communicated to the Purchaser and displayed at the Stadium;

Examples of COVID-19 Supporter Code of Conduct in a sentence

  • A contract for the supply of a Ticket and any associated benefits shall be created when the required payment has been received by the Club and the Club has issued the relevant Ticket and shall at all times be subject to and conditional on any additional COVID-19 specific requirements of the Club being met, including any requirements under the COVID-19 Supporter Code of Conduct.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, all Home Match Ticket holders are required in connection with their attendance at the Stadium to comply with all applicable laws/regulations, Government guidance and the Club’s directions (including any applicable COVID-19 Supporter Code of Conduct from time to time, as described in Condition11.3 below).

  • Any individual purchasing a Ticket for a Ticket Holder other than themselves shall be deemed to be acting with the authority of each such Ticket Holder, including the authority to agree to these Home Ticket T&Cs and COVID-19 Supporter Code of Conduct on such third party’s behalf.

  • Please refer to the COVID-19 Supporter Code of Conduct for further details on our requirements while at the Ground.

  • In addition to or as part of compliance with the COVID-19 Supporter Code of Conduct, there may be COVID-19 specific requirements which accompany and/or follow a Ticket purchase (e.g., a health questionnaire prior to the Match, temperature checks and/or any other testing regarded as prudent in order to safeguard against COVID-19 risk on entry to the Ground) and which you are required to follow before and/or after the Ticket is issued to you.

  • At the point of purchase each individual must confirm they are compliant with the current Government guidelines with regards to COVID-19 and the COVID-19 Supporter Code of Conduct (which will be made available at https://www.mancity.com/match-info/supporter-code-of-conduct).

  • As Government and Governing Body guidelines are pending and subject to change, as at the date these Home Ticket T&Cs are issued, the Club’s ability to issue the COVID-19 Supporter Code of Conduct are still pending and further, once issued, may be updated from time to time.

  • Up to date versions of the Home Ticket T&Cs and the COVID-19 Supporter Code of Conduct will be made available as soon as practicable on the Website, and hard copies will be available from the Club upon request.

  • Any such COVID-19 Supporter Code of Conduct will be binding upon all Home Match Ticket holders (and Guests, if applicable), will be communicated to Home Match Ticket holders and displayed at the Stadium and shall be subject to update in the Club’s absolute discretion.

  • The Club shall be entitled to require that additional information and/or documentation be submitted to the Club at any time should the Club deem it necessary in order to verify the Purchaser’s and/or individual Ticket Holder’s identification and/or other information with regards the Purchaser’s Ticket purchase including to satisfy the Club that the requirements of the COVID-19 Supporter Code of Conduct have been met.

Related to COVID-19 Supporter Code of Conduct

  • Supplier Code of Conduct means the code of that name published by the Government Commercial Function originally dated September 2017, as may be amended, restated, updated, re-issued or re-named from time to time;

  • Code of Conduct means the SFC's Code of Conduct for Persons Licensed by or Registered with the Securities and Futures Commission.

  • SAP Partner Code of Conduct means SAP Group’s global policy document that provides a set of informative guidelines to enable partners to comply with good business practices which is published on SAP’s partner-dedicated website.

  • StarCompliance Code of Ethics application means the web-based application used to electronically pre-clear personal securities transactions and file many of the reports required herein. The application can be accessed via the AB network at: https://alliance-ng.starcompliance.com/.

  • Reckless Conduct means conduct where the supplier of the recreational services is aware, or should reasonably have been aware, of a significant risk that the conduct could result in personal injury to another person and engages in the conduct despite the risk and without adequate justification;

  • Qualified Medical Child Support Order means a Medical Child Support Order which creates (including assignment of rights) or recognizes an Alternate Recipient's right to receive benefits to which a Participant or Qualified Beneficiary is eligible under this Plan, and has been determined by the Plan Administrator to meet the qualification requirements as outlined under “Procedures” of this provision.

  • Sexually explicit conduct means actual or simulated:

  • Code of Ethics means a statement encompassing the set of rules based on values and the standards of conduct to which suppliers are expected to conform

  • Diagnostic clinical procedures manual means a collection of written procedures that describes each method (and other instructions and precautions) by which the licensee performs diagnostic clinical procedures; where each diagnostic clinical procedure has been approved by the authorized user and includes the radiopharmaceutical, dosage, and route of administration.

  • Governance Term Sheet means the Governance Term Sheet attached as Exhibit F to the Restructuring Support Agreement.

  • Medical Child Support Order means any judgment, decree or order (including approval of a domestic relations settlement agreement) issued by a court of competent jurisdiction that:

  • Quality Assurance Program means the overall quality program and associated activities including the Department’s Quality Assurance, Design-Builder Quality Control, the Contract’s quality requirements for design and construction to assure compliance with Department Specifications and procedures.

  • Helpdesk Support means the 24x7x365 centre which shall handle Fault reporting, Trouble Ticketing and related enquiries during this contract.

  • Cloud BPO Support means the then-current technical support services SAP provides to Provider for the SAP Cloud Services as described in the Cloud BPO Schedule.

  • Mobile crisis outreach team means a crisis intervention service for minors or families of minors experiencing behavioral health or psychiatric emergencies.

  • COGE Handbook means the Canadian Oil and Gas Evaluation Handbook prepared jointly by The Society of Petroleum Evaluation Engineers (Calgary Chapter) and the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy & Petroleum (Petroleum Society), as amended from time to time.

  • Level 2 Support means, with the use of technical support specialists: (i) performing Defect isolation, Defect replication and interoperability testing; (ii) performing remote diagnostic services and on-site troubleshooting, if required; (iii) identifying the source of Defects; (iv) developing a reproducible test case for any Defect and documenting the details of such Defect for escalation to Level 3 Support; and (v) developing and implementing Workarounds where reasonably possible.

  • Level 1 Support means qualifying and logging all Technical Support Incidents, answering technical inquiries via telephone support and email regarding the Work and performing limited diagnostic services.

  • PRA Handbook means the PRA Handbook of Rules and Guidance as amended from time to time.

  • Tier 1 Support means the Technical Support provided by the Tier 1 Help Desk.

  • National Medical Support Notice or “NMSN” shall mean a notice that contains the following information:

  • Work ethic camp means an alternative incarceration program

  • SAP Support means SAP's then current support offering made available to Customer, as stated in the Order Form.

  • Quality Assurance Plan or “QAP” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 11.2;

  • Operations Support Systems (OSS means the suite of functions which permits CLEC to interface to the ILEC for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance/ repair and billing as described in the Attachment 07 – Operations Support Systems (OSS) herein.

  • EULA means an end user license agreement for software of CenturyLink or a third-party provider. Customer End Users must accept a EULA before downloading certain software for use with the Service.
