Any child of a Plan Participant who is an alternate recipient under a Qualified Medical Child Support Order (QMCSO) shall be considered as having a right to Dependent coverage under this Plan.

Within a reasonable period after receipt of such order, the Plan Administrator will determine whether such order is a Qualified Medical Child Support Order and notify the Participant and each Alternate Recipient of such determination.
Qualified Medical Child Support Order Provision In order to be qualified, a Medical Child Support Order must not require the Plan to provide any type or form of benefits, or any option, not otherwise provided under the Plan except to the extent necessary to meet the requirements of Section1908 of the Social Security Act (relating to enforcement of state laws regarding child support and reimbursement of Medicaid).
A Participant’s Dental, Health or Vision Insurance Account contributions may be increased to pay for a Dependent child’s or foster child’s Dental, Health or Vision Insurance as required under a court judgment, decree or order resulting from a divorce, legal separation, annulment or change in legal custody including a Qualified Medical Child Support Order (QMCSO) as defined under Section 609 of ERISA.
