Cost of Goods Manufactured for Sale definition

Cost of Goods Manufactured for Sale or “COGM” shall have the meaning set forth in Exhibit C.

Cost of Goods Manufactured for Sale means a Party's costs to produce Clinical Supplies and/or Commercial Supplies of Licensed Product to the extent that such costs could be included as an inventory cost under U.S. GAAP plus the Cost of Capital Charge.
