Corporate Trade Names means all trademarks, trade names, service marks, trade dress, logos, corporate names, domain names, emblems, signs or insignia, and other source identifiers whether registered or common law, including but not limited to all such items containing or comprising the brands and marks “Air Liquide,” “Airgas,” “EMIXAL,” “Penguin,” “Blue Ice,” “Red-D-Arc,” and “Radnor.”
