Coordinating Center definition

Coordinating Center means AS’s MSSNG Coordinating Center.
Coordinating Center. Coordinating Center" means Health Decisions Inc., a contractor of NICHD and a contract research organization located in Durham, North Carolina, which will provide clinical coordination and data collection and management services for the Study. The Coordinating Center is not a party to this CRADA.
Coordinating Center means the Program Coordinating Center at SickKids.

  • Once the Coordinating Center has confirmed the matters described in Step 3 above, the Researcher Application and the DAA will be submitted by the Coordinating Center to the independent DACO for review.

  • The Designated IRB will provide approved informed consent forms for each site to the Principal Investigator or the Coordinating Center to distribute to Investigators for use at their sites.

  • In the event of any expiration or termination of this Agreement, the Relying Institution will remove the Designated IRB from the list of designated IRBs on its FWA (if it had included the Designated IRB on this list) and will notify the Designated RB (via the Coordinating Center) that this has been done.

  • The Relying Institution and site Investigator(s) and study team agree to promptly inform the Coordinating Center of suspension or termination of Investigator duties or privileges pertaining to the Research subject to this Agreement.

  • The DACO will submit to the Coordinating Center its decision as to whether a Researcher Application is approved, declined or conditionally approved.

  • Relevant minutes of the Designated IRB’s meetings pertaining to a research study will be made available to the Relying Institution and the Coordinating Center upon request.

Coordinating Center means the UDN Participating Institution that has principal responsibility within the UDN for establishing and maintaining a central database for the Study Data required by the UDN Protocol to be forwarded to the Coordinating Center (the “Central Database”) and coordinating the sharing of UDN Study Data as part of the UDN Study. The functions of the Coordinating Center will be performed by Harvard Medical School and those additional Parties listed on Exhibit 1 that are recipients of a subaward from Harvard Medical School. With respect to its activities as Coordinating Center for the UDN Study, Harvard Medical School is not a Covered Entity or a Business Associate under HIPAA.

Related to Coordinating Center

  • Project Site(s) means the place(s) specified in the SCC for the supply and installation of the System.

  • Service coordination means a specialized care management service that is performed by a Service Coordinator and that includes but is not limited to:

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

  • Architectural services means those services described as the "practice of architecture," as defined in K.S.A. 74-7003, and amendments thereto.

  • Recycling center means an establishment, place of business, facility or building which is maintained, operated, or used for the storing, keeping, buying, or selling of newspaper or used food or beverage containers or plastic containers for the purpose of converting such items into a usable product.

  • Processing Center means a legal entity or its department that supports the informational and technological interaction between payment participants.

  • Infrastructure means infrastructure serving the County and improved or unimproved real estate and personal property, including machinery and equipment, used in the operation of the Project, within the meaning of Section 4-29-68 of the Code.

  • Amenity Manager – shall mean the District Manager or that person or firm so designated by the District’s Board of Supervisors, including their employees.

  • Site means the place or places where the permanent Works are to be carried out including workshops where the same is being prepared.

  • Infrastructure Improvements means a street, road, sidewalk, parking facility, pedestrian mall, alley, bridge, sewer, sewage treatment plant, property designed to reduce, eliminate, or prevent the spread of identified soil or groundwater contamination, drainage system, waterway, waterline, water storage facility, rail line, utility line or pipeline, transit-oriented development, transit-oriented property, or other similar or related structure or improvement, together with necessary easements for the structure or improvement, owned or used by a public agency or functionally connected to similar or supporting property owned or used by a public agency, or designed and dedicated to use by, for the benefit of, or for the protection of the health, welfare, or safety of the public generally, whether or not used by a single business entity, provided that any road, street, or bridge shall be continuously open to public access and that other property shall be located in public easements or rights-of-way and sized to accommodate reasonably foreseeable development of eligible property in adjoining areas.
