Contract Rent Adjustment definition

Contract Rent Adjustment means the contract rent that is adjusted at the anniversary of the Rental Assistance Contract (RAC). The contract rent adjustment must be approved in accordance with the RAC and HUD requirements.

In addition, when a utility that is purchased from or through a local utility company by the Development, who in turn bills residents for actual consumption of the utility will also be eligible when the applicable utility allowance for the Development includes a deduction for the utility and the household’s lease specifies that the resident is responsible for the utility.

  • Annual Base Rent means the business’s annual lease payment minus taxes, insurance and operating or maintenance expenses.

  • Direct Expenses means “Operating Expenses” and “Tax Expenses.”

  • Adjustment Payment shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.09(a).
