RENT ADJUSTMENT definition
RENT ADJUSTMENT. Any amounts owed by Tenant for payment of Operating Expenses. The Rent Adjustments shall be determined and paid as provided in Article Four.

RENT ADJUSTMENT means an adjustment of Rent made under sub-clause 9.3.
