HUD Requirements definition

HUD Requirements means the CNI legal requirements as evidenced by the CNI grant agreement and funding agreement and any associated HUD requirements, Public Housing, Project Based Section 8 and Rental Assistance Demonstration program legal requirements, as applicable.
HUD Requirements means the requirements, to the extent applicable, listed in the form included as Exhibit M of Part I of Exhibits, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged.
HUD Requirements means, collectively, the RAD Requirements and the PBV Requirements, as applicable.

  • Grant funding may also be terminated, recaptured, withheld, suspended, reduced or such other actions taken in accordance with HUD Requirements.

  • In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Restrictive Covenants and the provisions of the HUD Requirements, HUD shall be and remains entitled to enforce the HUD Requirements.

  • Any notice required or permitted to be given under this ACC or CACC shall be in writing, signed by a duly authorized official, and addressed, if to the HA, to the principal office of the HA, and if to HUD, to the HUD office with jurisdiction over the HA, unless otherwise directed by regulation or other HUD Requirements.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, it is not the intent of any of the parties hereto to cause a recapture of the Low Income Housing Tax Credits or any portion thereof related to any potential conflicts between the HUD Requirements and the Restrictive Covenants.


More Definitions of HUD Requirements

HUD Requirements means all requirements of HUD and Federal law, regulation or HUD guidance as applicable to the Development, or a given element thereof (including, as applicable in a given context, Choice Requirements and/or PBV Requirements.
HUD Requirements means HUD requirements for the Section 8 programs. HUD requirements are issued by HUD headquarters as regulations. Federal Register notices or other binding program directives.

  • OHS Requirements means all Laws applicable to the Supply and related to occupational health or safety, and all of the City Policies that relate to occupational health or safety, and includes without limitation the WCA;

  • Program Requirements means that Partner has to fulfill certain program requirements as described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model and the PartnerEdge Program Guide.

  • Reporting Requirements As defined in Section 11.12.

  • Requirements means and include schedules, details, description, statement of technical data, performance characteristics, standards (Indian as well as International) as applicable and specified in the Contract.

  • Pretreatment requirements means any substantive or procedural requirement related to pretreatment, other than a pretreatment standard, imposed on an industrial user.

  • Project Requirements means the statement included in the Request for Proposal detailing the technical and other requirements of Canada which are to be met by the successful Bidder, and which are to be addressed in the Bid;

  • Eligibility Requirements means, with respect to any Person, that such Person (i) has total assets (in name or under management) in excess of $600,000,000 and (except with respect to a pension advisory firm or similar fiduciary) capital/statutory surplus or shareholder’s equity of $250,000,000 and (ii) is regularly engaged in the business of making or owning commercial real estate loans or operating commercial mortgage properties.
