Construction and Demolition. (“C&D”) Debris means solid waste resulting from construction, remodeling, repair, demolition, or renovation operations on any pavement, house, commercial building, or other structure, or from landscaping, including but not limited to, dirt, sand, rock, gravel, bricks, plaster, gypsum wallboard, aluminum, glass, asphalt material, plastic pipe, roofing material, carpeting, concrete, wood, masonry, rocks, trees, surplus materials, or remnants of new materials, including but not limited to, paper, plastic, carpet scraps, wood scraps, scrap metal, building materials, packaging and rubble, whether brought on the premises for fabrication or intended for use on the premises, excluding liquid and hazardous waste.
Construction and Demolition. C&D”) Debris” means used or discarded materials removed from premises during Construction or Renovation of a structure resulting from Construction, Alteration, repair, Deconstruction, or Demolition operations on any pavement, house, garage, commercial building, or other structure. This term includes, but is not limited to, asphalt, concrete, brick, dirt, rock, lumber, cardboard, metals, and any vegetative or other land clearing/landscaping materials.
Construction and Demolition or “C&D” means debris consists of debris resulting from structural damage to buildings as well as buildings demolished, and includes items such as aggregate (asphalt, brick, concrete), wood (both clean and treated), roofing and siding materials, wallboard, metals, carpeting and flooring, insulation, glass, tile, window coverings, plastic pipe, heating and ventilating, and air conditioning systems and their components, light fixtures, furnishings and fixtures.

Construction and Demolition waste" or "C&D" waste, means waste from construction and demolition activities as defined in CGS Section 22a-208x. Such waste stream may include oversized municipal solid waste (MSW) such as furniture, mattresses and rugs.

  • Construction and demolition waste means the waste building materials, packaging, and rubble resulting from construction, remodeling, repair, and demolition operations on pavements, houses, commercial buildings and other structures.

  • Building construction means any physical activity on the site involved in the erection of a structure, cladding, external finish, formwork, fixture, fitting of service installation and the unloading of plant, machinery, materials or the like.
