Electric Lines definition

Electric Lines means primary, secondary or service wires exclusively used or intended for the distribution of electric energy within a Residential Development or Commercial Complex at nominal voltages of not more than 15,000 volts, but excluding, without limitation, (i) main feeder lines used or intended for the distribution of electric energy beyond a Residential Development or Commercial Complex at any nominal voltage, and (ii) such other wires as are necessarily or customarily located at or above ground level in an underground system.
Electric Lines means any line or cable which is used for carrying electricity for any purpose and includes :
Electric Lines means all overhead and underground electric lines (being lines used, designed or adapted for use in carrying electricity or electronic communications for any purpose and including any support for any such lines, any apparatus connected to any such lines and any wire, cables, tube, pipe or other similar thing (including its casing or coating) which surrounds or supports or is surrounded or supported by, or is installed in close proximity to, or is supported, carried or suspended in association with any such lines including connections, cable markers, cable terminals, drains, culverts, inspection hatches, jointing bays and other underground or overhead works to include the erection of steel lattice towers/pylons/poles with guards, foundations, supports, stays, wires, cables and other structures for the purpose of supporting all overhead lines; [presume underground line]

Examples of Electric Lines in a sentence

  • On termination of your Connection Agreement, we retain the right to remove our Electrical Plant and Electric Lines and charge you if we do so.

More Definitions of Electric Lines

Electric Lines means any line which is used for carrying electricity for any purpose and includes, unless the context otherwise requires:-
