Conforming Waste means ,
Conforming Waste means the waste type listed in Section 2 below, and is a material that requires the application of special treatment, handling, or disposal practices beyond those normally required for solid waste in accordance with applicable law.
Conforming Waste means (i) waste (other than Special Waste or Hazardous Waste) that is not Nonconforming Waste and (ii) Special Waste or Hazardous Waste that (A) Customer has asked WMNS to handle, (B) has been correctly described by Customer on a Waste Profile Sheet delivered to WMNS, (C) Customer has provided a representative sample of to WMNS upon request and (D) WMNS has agreed to handle such waste.

  • Bulky Waste means business waste or domestic waste which by virtue of its mass, shape, size or quantity is inconvenient to remove in the routine door-to-door council service provided by the council or service provider;
