Conditions of Hire definition

Conditions of Hire means the document entitled, “METSEL PTY LTD CONDITIONS OF HIRE”.
Conditions of Hire means the terms and conditions set out in this document, as amended from time to time and attached to the Booking Confirmation.
Conditions of Hire means the contract between the Council and any hirer of any Community Hall or Facility from time to time which provides the whole terms and conditions of hire of the Community Hall or Facility (otherwise known as "Conditions of Let").

  • Credit may be withdrawn for Hirers failing to make payments or use the Equipment in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Hire and a statement may be issued at that time requiring payment within 7 days of any amount due and owing.

  • Access may at any time vary the Hire Agreement, including these Terms and Conditions of Hire, by giving the Hirer 14 days' written notice of its intention to do so.

  • The terms of the Hire Agreement and Conditions of Hire are the entire agreement between the parties relating to the hire of the Premises and supersede all oral or written proposals, arrangements and understandings.

  • When The Authorised Person is signing the Booking Form on behalf of an Organisation, Club, Society, Association or Company he/she must have the authority to sign and bind the organisation to the Conditions of Hire.

  • The Hire Agreement, including these Terms and Conditions of Hire and the relevant credit application and Hire Docket (or other order documentation approved by Access in respect of the Equipment), comprises the entire agreement between the parties.


More Definitions of Conditions of Hire

Conditions of Hire means these Conditions of Hire; Equipment means all equipment hired by Excel Events Equipment Hire to the Hirer at the Hirer’s request; Excel Event Equipment Hire means Excel Event Hire Pty Ltd ABN 4 0 6 1 7 4 2 3 2 0 2 , and its subsidiaries, successors, assigns and associated companies and their servants and/or agents, and when used, the words “we”, “us”, and “our” are references to Excel Event Equipment Hire; Hire Agreement means the Hire Agreement as defined in clause 3.2 of these Conditions of Hire; Hirer means the Hirer hiring the Equipment, and when used, the words “you” and “your” are references to the Hirer; Interest Rate means the rate of 17% per annum; Order means the Order or Quote form listing the equipment offered to be hired by the Hirer; Payment Date means the date for payment specified on any tax invoice provided to the Hirer or otherwise agreed between the Hirer and Excel Event Equipment Hire; Picking Slip means Excel Event Equipment Hire’s, hire docket provided upon delivery listing the Equipment hired by the Hirer from Excel Event Equipment Hire at the Hirer’s request.
Conditions of Hire means the Company’s Conditions for Hire of Cranes and Equipment from time to time issued to users of the Company’s facilities, machinery and/or services in any part of the Port.

Related to Conditions of Hire

  • Conditions of Use means Conditions 1 to 10 and the Schedules and Appendices of this document.

  • Conditions of Sale means the Conditions of Sale set out in Part 3 of this TenderDocument;

  • Conditions of Service means the document developed by a distributor in accordance with subsection 2.4 of the Code that describes the operating practices and connection rules for the distributor; (DSC)

  • Conditions of Tender means the Conditions of Tender for the said land as set out in Annexure A;

  • Conditions of Contract means those statements contained in or delivered with your Ticket/s or Itinerary/Receipt, identified as such and which incorporate by reference, these Conditions of Carriage and notices.

  • Conditions of Carriage means these conditions of carriage.

  • General Conditions of Contract means the ‘Instructions to Tenderers’ and ‘General Conditions of Contract’ pertaining to the work for which above tenders have been called for.

  • Conditions of Approval means condition(s) imposed by the Municipality in the approval of a land development application, including any conditions contained in the annexure(s) and/or plans and/or attachment(s) that form part of the approval and/or are referred to in the approval of the land development application;

  • Special Conditions of Contract means the pages completed by the Procuring Entity entitled Special Conditions of Contract which constitute Part A of the Special Conditions.

  • Conditions of Issue means the Conditions of Issue of Octopus published by us as amended from time to time, which can be obtained from us or downloaded from our website at www.octopus.com.hk ;

  • Terms and Conditions of Employment means the hours of employment, the compensation therefore including fringe benefits, and the employer's personnel policies affecting the working conditions of the employees.

  • GENERAL AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT means the instructions to Tenderer and General and special conditions of contract pertaining to the work for which above tenders have been called for.

  • Basic Conditions of Employment Act means the Basic Conditions of Employment Act, 1997 (Act No. 75 of 1997);

  • Conditions means the standard terms and conditions of sale set out in this document and (unless the context otherwise requires) includes any special terms and conditions agreed in writing between the Buyer and the Seller.

  • Terms & Conditions means the Special Conditions of Contract and General Conditions of Contract herein mentioned and other stipulations incorporated in any part of Tender Document and /or Agreement.

  • General Conditions means the “International Development Association General Conditions for Credits and Grants”, dated July 1, 2005 (as amended through October 15, 2006).

  • General Terms and Conditions means the General Terms and Conditions for Services Contracts as referenced on the RFP cover page.

  • Master Terms and Conditions (11/18) means the body of text from the preamble through the signature page of this Contract.

  • Supplemental Conditions means those terms and conditions, if included in the Agreement by mutual written agreement of the Parties, which add to or modify the Agreement and are incorporated by reference as if fully set forth in the Agreement. In the case of a conflict between the Supplemental Conditions and the Agreement, the Supplemental Conditions shall prevail.
