Compliance year definition

Compliance year means the calendar year beginning with June 1 and ending with May 31 of the following year, for which a Retail Electricity Supplier must demonstrate that it has met the requirements of this Regulation.

  • Should the amount paid by the LSE in a Compliance Year exceed the Annual Tier 2 Obligation Amount for the same Compliance Year, NYSERDA shall make payment to LSE in an amount equaling the overpayment.
