Competing Parking Area definition

Competing Parking Area means that portion of the City of Los Angeles within one- eighth of a mile of the perimeter of any Structure.
Competing Parking Area means that portion of the City within the following boundaries as they existed as of the date of this Agreement: the area beginning at the point at which the western boundary of the limits of the City is parallel to the intersection of North Front Street and Calder Street, continuing east along a line from the western boundary of the limits of the City through the intersection of Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx xxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx and continuing along Calder Street to the intersection of Calder Street and North Sixth Street, continuing north along North Sixth Street to the intersection of North Sixth Street and Maclay Street, continuing east along Maclay Street to the intersection of Maclay Street and North Cameron Street, continuing south along North Cameron Street to the intersection of North Cameron Street and Mulberry Street, continuing west along a line following Mulberry Street through the point at which Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx xxx Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx would intersect to the point at which the western boundary of the limits of the City is parallel to the point at which Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx xxx Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx would intersect, continuing north along the western boundary of the limits of the City to the point at which the western boundary of the limits of the City is parallel to the intersection of Xxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx xxx Xxxxxx Xxxxxx. For the avoidance of doubt, both sides of any street constituting a boundary shall be considered part of the Competing Parking Area.

Examples of Competing Parking Area in a sentence

  • In the event that the Authority or the City operates any shuttle services between any Additional Parking Area Assets and the Competing Parking Area, the same shall constitute a Compensation Event.

  • During the Term, the Authority and the City shall have the right to own, construct, and operate any Additional Parking Area Assets; provided; however, that, the Authority and the City shall not operate (nor take any action to cause the operation of) any shuttle services between any Additional Parking Area Assets and the Competing Parking Area.

  • Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Angus Council) Designation Order 2017; and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”; and

  • Parking Areas means those areas located upon the Property designated by Landlord, from time to time, to be parking areas.

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;

The landscaped area does not include footprints of buildings or structures, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, decks, patios, gravel or stone walks, other pervious or non-pervious hardscapes, and other non-irrigated areas designated for non-development (e.g., open spaces and existing native vegetation).

  • Outside Areas means all areas within the Property which are located outside the buildings, such as pedestrian walkways, parking areas, landscaped areas, open areas and enclosed trash disposal areas.

For purposes of Section 23.4.5 of this Attachment H, “Control” with respect to Unforced Capacity shall mean the ability to determine the quantity or price of offers to supply Unforced Capacity from a Mitigated Capacity Zone Installed Capacity Supplier submitted into an ICAP Spot Market Auction; but excluding ISP UCAP MW or UCAP from an RMR Generator. For purposes of Section 23.4.5.7 “CRIS MW” shall mean the MW of Capacity for which CRIS was assigned to a Generator or UDR project pursuant to ISO OATT Sections 25, 30, or 32 (OATT Attachments S, X, or Z).

  • Operating Area means those areas on-shore in India in which company or its affiliated company may from time to time be entitled to execute such services/operations.

  • Easement Area means the area of the servient lot marked on the survey-strata plan as being subject to the relevant easement; and

  • Licensed premises or “premises” means all rooms, enclosures, contiguous areas, or places susceptible of precise description satisfactory to the administrator where alcoholic beverages, wine, or beer is sold or consumed under authority of a liquor control license, wine permit, or beer permit. A single licensed premises may consist of multiple rooms, enclosures, areas, or places if they are wholly within the confines of a single building or contiguous grounds.
