Company Material Customers definition

Company Material Customers means the Company’s 10 largest customers for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2017 and December 31, 2018, in each case as measured by gross revenue, and “Company Material Suppliers” means the Company’s 10 largest suppliers for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2017 and December 31, 2018, in each case as measured by gross expenditures.

  • Commercial customer means a customer who is acting within their trade or profession in respect of the insurance cover requested or arranged.
