Committed Shipper definition

Committed Shipper means a Shipper that has contracted for transporting a Committed Volume or otherwise paying the applicable Shortfall Payment, pursuant to the terms of a TSA executed by the Shipper during the open commitment periods that commenced on October 3, 2011, January 4, 2012, and December 21, 2018.
Committed Shipper means a Shipper that has committed to ship, or paying a deficiency payment for failure to ship, certain minimum volumes of Crude Petroleum pursuant to a TSA.
Committed Shipper means any Shipper with which Carrier has executed a COGA.

  • Monarch will maintain ninety percent (90%) of the Prorationed Capacity for a Committed Shipper Priority Capacity Election program.

  • Subject to available capacity, Shipper shall have the right during each Month of the Term, but not the obligation, to ship Shipper’s Crude Oil in excess of Shipper’s Committed Volume (“Excess Volume”) at its Committed Shipper rate.

More Definitions of Committed Shipper

Committed Shipper means any Shipper that has committed to pay for the shipment of a specified volume of NGLs from one or more Selected Delivery Points pursuant to a TSA with Carrier on the Expansion.
Committed Shipper means any Shipper that has an effective TSA with Carrier.
Committed Shipper means a Shipper with which Carrier has executed a TGSA for Priority gathering and transportation service on the System pursuant to the Open Season(s) held by Carrier prior to the In-Service Date. Committed Shippers shall include both VC Shippers and Acreage Dedication Shippers.

"Dedicated Shipper" means (i) a Shipper that has executed a Dedication and Transportation Agreement, or (ii) a Shipper that is nominating the receipt of Crude Petroleum from a Consignor that has executed (and which Crude Petroleum is dedicated under) such Consignor's Dedication and Transportation Agreement, but only as to such Crude Petroleum received from such Consignor (referred to as "Sold Crude Petroleum" - see Note 5). A "T&D Shipper" means a Shipper that has executed a Throughput and Deficiency Agreement.
Committed Shipper means a Shipper that has executed a throughput and deficiency agreement for the transportation of certain minimum volumes of Crude Petroleum for a minimum term of years from Mokena, IL to Blue Island, IL at the committed rate set forth herein.
Committed Shipper means a shipper which qualifies for the program described in Item Nos. 96 or 97 of this Tariff.
