Committed Shipper definition

Committed Shipper means a Shipper that has contracted for transporting a Committed Volume or otherwise paying the applicable Shortfall Payment, pursuant to the terms of a TSA executed by the Shipper during the open commitment periods that commenced on October 3, 2011, January 4, 2012, and December 21, 2018.
Committed Shipper means a Shipper that has committed to ship, or paying a deficiency payment for failure to ship, certain minimum volumes of Crude Petroleum pursuant to a TSA.
Committed Shipper means any Shipper that has committed to pay for the shipment of a specified volume of NGLs from one or more Selected Delivery Points pursuant to a TSA with Carrier on the Expansion.

Examples of Committed Shipper in a sentence

  • Carrier will reduce the allocations of System Capacity to each Committed Shipper affected by such Force Majeure event by the same percentage as the reduction in capacity of the affected portion of the System or the reduction in receipt or delivery capability of the affected Origin Point or Destination Point, respectively and as applicable.

  • The requirements set forth above shall apply to each Third Party Shipper designated by a Committed Shipper.

More Definitions of Committed Shipper

Committed Shipper means any Shipper that has an effective TSA with Carrier.
Committed Shipper means a Shipper that has committed to ship, or pay a deficiency payment for failure to ship, certain minimum volumes of Crude Petroleum pursuant to a TSA on specified segments of the Pipeline, as provided in such Shipper’s TSA.

Committed Shipper means a Shipper that has executed a throughput and deficiency agreement for the transportation of certain minimum volumes of Crude Petroleum for a minimum term of years from Mokena, IL to Blue Island, IL at the committed rate set forth herein.
Committed Shipper means any Shipper with which Carrier has executed a COGA.
Committed Shipper means a Shipper that has contracted for transporting or paying for a Committed Volume pursuant to the terms of a TSA.
Committed Shipper means a Shipper(s) that elected to enter into a transportation services agreement with Carrier in connection with the open season held by Carrier commencing on May 31, 2013.
