All fees accrued until the effective date of any termination of the Aggregate Revolving Credit Commitments, the Aggregate Revolving Euro Tranche Commitments or the Aggregate Revolving Yen Tranche Commitments, as the case may be, shall be paid on the effective date of such termination.
Within the limits of each Revolving Yen Tranche Lender’s Revolving Yen Tranche Commitment, and subject to the other terms and conditions hereof, the Company and the applicable Designated Borrowers may borrow under this subsection 2.1(d), prepay under subsection 4.2, and reborrow under this subsection 2.1(d).

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, the Company may rescind any notice of termination under this subsection 2.3 if such termination would have been made in connection with a refinancing or replacement of all or a portion of the Revolving Credit Loans, Revolving Euro Tranche Loans or Revolving Yen Tranche Loans, as the case may be, which refinancing or replacement shall not be consummated or shall otherwise be delayed.
