Commercialization Committee definition

Commercialization Committee means the committee comprising representatives of EyePoint and Imprimis described in Section 7.1.1.

Commercialization Committee means a standing committee selected by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Division of Science and Technology of the Arkansas Economic Development Commission who shall review funding program applications and make funding recommendations to the Executive Director of the Arkansas Economic Development Commission in accordance with program‐specific review criteria;

Commercialization Committee or “CC” has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.2.1(a).
