Commercial Projects has the meaning specified in Section 1.3 hereof.

More Definitions of Commercial Projects

Commercial Projects means a Project where the capital asset or assets, which are the subject of the Project, are intended for commercial use as “commercial use” is determined by the Staff in its sole discretion from time to time. As defined herein, “Commercial Project” shall not include: Industrial Projects; Governmental Bond Projects; Liberty Bond Projects; Industrial Developer Projects located in a Zone; ARRA Bond Projects; Hudson Yards Commercial Construction Projects; or PlaNYC Energy Program Projects.
