Commercial Projects definition

Commercial Projects has the meaning specified in Section 1.3 hereof.
Commercial Projects means the non-residential Developments allowed in various Development Areas pursuant to the Zoning of those Development Areas.

  • Environmental Infrastructure Facilities means Wastewater Treatment Facilities, Stormwater Management Facilities or Water Supply Facilities (as such terms are defined in the Regulations).
