Commencement of the Works definition

Commencement of the Works means the date on which the first vessel arrives on the Site to begin carrying on any Licensed Activity in connection with the construction of the Works, as described in Part 2 of this licence;

Examples of Commencement of the Works in a sentence

  • Commencement of the Works cannot take place until such approval is granted.

  • GCC Clause 47 (Commencement of the Works) does not refer to a separate date for commencement of a Section.

  • The Licensee must, prior to and no less than 1 month before the Commencement of the Works, notify the Licensing Authority, in writing, of the date of Commencement of the Works authorised under this Licence.

  • The Licensee must, no later than 6 months or at such a time as agreed with the Licensing Authority, prior to the Commencement of the Works, to submit a PEMP, in writing, to the Licensing Authority for their written approval.

Related to Commencement of the Works

  • Service Commencement Date means the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service pursuant to the terms of an executed Service Agreement, or the date the Transmission Provider begins to provide service in accordance with Tariff, Part II, section 15.3 or Tariff, Part III, section 29.1.

  • Commencement Date means the date of this Agreement.
