Licensed Activities. Agent will not perform any licensed real estate brokerage activities on behalf of eXp unless, (i) Agent’s real estate license is affiliated with (i.e., “hung with”) eXp in the state(s) where Agent intends to perform such licensed activities; and (ii) Agent’s real estate license in that state is active and in good standing at the time that Agent performs such licensed activities.
Licensed Activities. The Homeport agrees to license to the Alliance the authority to carry out the following activities for the Licensed Properties: a. Leasing and Other Agreements. The Alliance will negotiate all leases and other use agreements (“Other Agreements”), including easements, use licenses, covenants, and such permits as may be required. Final execution of leases and Other Agreements will be carried out in the manner prescribed by the Managing Members.

If other Licenses are required in respect of any activity on the Premises the Hirer should ensure that they hold the relevant License. No alcohol must to be consumed outside the premises at any time. Hirers must minimise noise nuisance to properties adjacent to and local to the centre

Licensed Activities. The Parish Hall has a Premises Licence, available for inspection on the Parish Website and which authorises regulated entertainment and licensable activities. Playing recorded music for which a fee is charged requires a special licence. It is usually held by the person providing recorded music (for example the provider of a Disco). It is the Hirer responsibility to ensure that all licenses relevant to the activity for which the Premises are hired are in place.

  • Permitted Activities The purpose of the Issuer is, and the Issuer will have the power and authority, and is authorized, to engage in the following activities: (i) to acquire the Receivables and other Sold Property under the Sale and Servicing Agreement from the Depositor in exchange for the Notes; (ii) to Grant the Collateral to the Indenture Trustee under the Indenture; (iii) to enter into and perform its obligations under the Transaction Documents; (iv) to issue the Notes under the Indenture and to facilitate the sale of the Notes by the Depositor; (v) to pay principal of and interest on the Notes; (vi) to administer and manage the Trust Property; (vii) to make payments to the Noteholders and distributions to the holder of the Residual Interest; and (viii) to take other actions necessary or advisable to accomplish the activities listed above or that are incidental to the activities listed above.
