Collective Consultation Period definition

Collective Consultation Period. Unless a Senior Consultation Period is deemed to occur and is continuing pursuant to clause (ii) of the definition of “Senior Consultation Period”, any period when both (i) the Class Principal Balance of the Class F Certificates, reduced by any Appraisal Reduction Amounts allocable to such Class, is less than 25% of the initial Class Principal Balance of the Class F Certificates and (ii) the Class Principal Balance of the Class F Certificates, without regard to any Appraisal Reduction Amounts allocable to such Class, is at least 25% of the initial Class Principal Balance of the Class F Certificates.   • Upon becoming aware of or being named in any claims or litigation, the Master Servicer or Special Servicer, as applicable, shall promptly notify the Controlling Class Representative (during any Subordinate Control Period or any Collective Consultation Period) and the Special Servicer (in the case of the Master Servicer) and the Master Servicer (in the case of the Special Servicer) of such claims or litigation.

Related to Collective Consultation Period

  • Consultation Period means the period of sixty (60) days or such other longer period as the Parties may agree, commencing from the date of issuance of a Developer Preliminary Default Notice or ESCOM Preliminary Default Notice as provided in Article 16 of this Agreement, for consultation between the Parties to mitigate the consequence of the relevant event having regard to all the circumstances.

  • Termination Period means the period of time beginning with a Change in Control and ending on the earlier to occur of:

  • Consultation Termination Event shall have the meaning assigned to such term or an analogous term in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Premium Termination Date With respect to the Series A Certificates, the scheduled maturity date of the Series A Certificates, with respect to the Series B Certificates, the scheduled maturity date of the Series B Certificates and with respect to the Series C Certificates, the scheduled maturity date of the Series C Certificates.

  • Forbearance Termination Date means the earlier to occur of (i) the Termination Date and (ii) a Termination Event.

  • Compensation Period has the meaning specified in Section 2.12(c)(ii).

  • Termination Assistance Period means the period commencing upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement and each Statement of Work and expiring six (6) months thereafter, as such period may be extended by the Parties.
